UAE Pass integration enables instant one-tap verification for regional guests. Guests can also review room upgrade offers, make dining or service reservations, submit special requests, and authorize payment for incidentals — all in one seamless flow.
Step 03
Review & Preparation
All submitted information is instantly synced to the Confirma dashboard. The hotel's front desk and operations teams review the guest's details, verify uploaded documents, process any requested upgrades or special arrangements, and prepare the reservation for arrival. With everything confirmed in advance, the team can focus entirely on the guest experience.
